MIND ARTISTS LTD. offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

This website is hosted on GoHighLevel Inc. (or another third-party platform). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks; and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or use of the Service without express written permission by us.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate, complete, or timely sources of information.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Continuation Fees for Clients Who Joined Prior to September 1, 2025

Effective for all clients who enrolled in the program before September 1, 2025, the following continuation fees will apply after the initial 3-month program period:

Program Continuation Fee: €197 per month

Mind Artists Tech (Software + 24/7 Ticketing Support) Fee: €97 per month (after 90-days trial)

These fees should be charged automatically following the completion of the initial program period unless the client cancels their participation in accordance with the standard cancellation policy. The continuation fees ensure ongoing access to program resources and Mind Artists Tech services.

For Clients Who Join On or After September 1, 2025

Clients who enroll on or after September 1, 2025, will receive access to the program, Mind Artists Tech services, Program Level 1 and Level 2, and all other benefits included in their cohort for up to 12 months. After the initial 12-month access period, a continuation fee of €500 per month will apply to maintain ongoing access to all program features, including tech, program content, Program Level 1 and Level 2, and any additional services provided in their cohort.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased will meet your expectations or that any errors will be corrected.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account details, including email address and payment information, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control. You agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or endorsement.

Your use of these optional tools is entirely at your own risk.

Certain content, products, or services available through our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the accuracy or content of third-party websites.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to third-party products, services, or resources.

You agree that all work created by MIND ARTISTS LTD. or in collaboration with others during the performance of services remains the sole property of MIND ARTISTS LTD., including all intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and related materials.

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary, sensitive, or confidential information received from MIND ARTISTS LTD. You shall not disclose, reproduce, or use such information except as required for participation in our programs or services.

SECTION 14 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. MIND ARTISTS LTD. makes no guarantees regarding specific results, performance, or outcomes.

In no case shall MIND ARTISTS LTD., its directors, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

SECTION 15 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIND ARTISTS LTD., its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or demands arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

SECTION 17 - TERMINATION FOR CAUSE

MIND ARTISTS LTD. reserves the right to terminate your participation in any program or service if you breach any terms, fail to make payments, or behave in a manner that is abusive, aggressive, or harmful to our team or community. No refunds will be provided under these circumstances.

SECTION 18 - TERMINATION FOR CONVENIENCE

You may terminate your participation in any program or service at any time by written notice. However, you remain responsible for completing all payments agreed upon at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for partial use or early termination.

SECTION 19 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, along with any additional policies posted on our site, constitute the entire agreement between you and MIND ARTISTS LTD.

SECTION 20 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (or the United Kingdom, depending on your registration jurisdiction).

SECTION 21 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our website or services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance.

SECTION 22 - REFUNDS & GUARANTEE POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are 100% non-refundable and returns will not be accepted.

GUARANTEE POLICY

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

This Guarantee Policy clarifies how refunds and support guarantees apply depending on your purchase/program start date. In the event of any conflict between marketing materials and these Terms, these Terms shall govern.

1) Clients Who Started On or After September 1, 2025

For clients who begin their program on or after September 1, 2025, a no-refund policy applies.

However, we are committed to supporting you for up to one (1) year from your program start date or until you reach your first sales milestone (whichever comes first), as outlined below:

September 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025 joiners: support is provided until you reach your first €5,000 in sales, or for one (1) year from your start date (whichever comes first).

November 1, 2025 joiners to present: support is provided until you reach your first €10,000 in sales, or for one (1) year from your start date (whichever comes first).

After the applicable period ends, no further support or refunds will be available.

2) Clients Who Purchased Before September 1, 2025

For clients who purchased their program before September 1, 2025, the original 90-day full refund guarantee remains in effect.

To qualify for the 90-day refund, clients must have attended at least four (4) live group coaching calls with Daria & Barak within the first ninety (90) days of their program start date.

SECTION 23 - PAYMENT TERMS

You are responsible for paying the full amount of any program or service purchased, regardless of whether you complete or use the program. If you have a payment plan, all scheduled payments remain due in full.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to programs or services.

By accepting these Terms, you agree not to dispute any payments made via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, or other means.
