A new room for established experts

You built the business.

Now it's running you.

The Zone is a monthly room for experts who already have the systems, the team, the income, and the audience. And who have quietly fallen out of love with their own message. This is where you get back on the edge of your work.

// Honest test

Read these and notice which ones land.

// 01

You spend Monday through Friday managing the thing you built, and by the end of the week you can't point to a single new idea you put into the world.

// 02

Your method works. Your clients get results. And you are quietly bored saying the same things you've said for the last two or three years.

// 03

You know there's a next chapter in your work, but you keep postponing it for the inbox, the ads, the team, the next launch.

// 04

You catch yourself sounding like every other expert in your space and don't quite know when that started.

// 05

You used to write things that scared you a little. Now everything you publish has been pre-approved by the manager in your head.

// 06

On paper the business is winning. Inside the business, you've gone quiet.

If three or more of those land, this room was built for you. Keep reading.

— Why this happens —

It's not burnout. It's a role mismatch.

When you grow an expert business past a certain ceiling, you stop being the creator of the work and you become the manager of it. You hire. You build systems. You run ads. You answer leads. You optimize funnels. You "scale." And every one of those things is the right move at the right time.

But here's what nobody warns you about. The longer you stay in manager mode, the further you drift from the thing that made your work alive in the first place. You stop pioneering and start administrating. Your message ages. Your audience can feel it before you can.

You don't fix this with a productivity tool, a new framework, or a longer to-do list. The manager will always have more to manage. The only way out is to protect the part of you that creates, before the part of you that manages eats the rest of your week.

The teacher repeats. The mentor performs.

The artist pioneers.

Most experts at your level are stuck repeating themselves in beautiful packaging. The Zone is a room where you're not allowed to do that. Where the unspoken rule is: bring what's actually alive in you right now, or don't bother showing up.

This isn't another program with deliverables. It's a field. A monthly space we walk into together to do one thing: get you back on the edge of your own work, and keep you there.

— Welcome to —

The Zone.

A monthly room for established experts who refuse to spend the next five years administrating the business they spent the last five years building.

What we explore in this room.

Eight territories. We don't march through them in order. We walk into whichever one is most alive that month, individually and as a group.

/ 01

The edge.

Not where you've already been in your work. Where you haven't been yet. The place in your topic that scares you a little, that you've been circling for months without crossing. We go there. Repeatedly.

/ 02

The voice.

The one underneath your brand voice. The one that doesn't sound like every other expert in your category. The one you stopped using because it wasn't strategic. We pull it back out.

/ 03

The selfishness.

The morning hours that belong only to you. The right to fill your own cup before pouring it into clients. The permission to be too much, too messy, too alive for the people who liked you palatable.

/ 04

The chaos.

Your creative force will always outgrow your structure. We don't fight it. We dance with it. We let the new chaos shake the architecture loose so something newer can be built around it.

/ 05

The publishing.

Out of the cave. Get it out of you. Imperfect, unfinished, alive. The point isn't polish. The point is the muscle of letting the work leave your hands before the inner critic gets there.

/ 06

The wounding.

What keeps you in manager mode is rarely strategic. It's a quiet fear of being too visible, too rebellious, too seen. We look at it directly. The shadow of the artist is real, and it has to be cleared at this level.

/ 07

The identity.

The shift from running your business to embodying your work. Not as a slogan. As a daily practice. We train it like a muscle, on the days you feel inspired and on the days you don't.

/ 08

The transmission.

What it actually means to give something raw to the world and not need it back. To stop performing for validation. To care about the work itself, and let what people do with it be their problem.

— Who is holding this room —

Hosted by Daria Vodopianova and Barak Yaari, co-founders of Mind Artists.

// Co-Founder

Daria Vodopianova

Two-time TEDx speaker. Published author. Has personally trained over a thousand experts to position and articulate the unique work that lives in their head. Known for seeing exactly what's missing in someone's message and making it visible.

Daria leads the artist side of the room. The Zone is the field she's been pioneering for herself, and she's opening the doors to a small group of experts who recognize the same loop she's been breaking out of.

// Co-Founder

Barak Yaari

Computer science background, ex-Microsoft, serial entrepreneur. Has built and scaled location-free businesses across five continents and twenty countries. Designs the systems and architecture behind everything Mind Artists creates.

Barak holds the architecture side. He's the reason the systems behind your work can hold the new edge you bring into the room without collapsing under it.

This room is not for everyone.

// You belong here if

You are an established expert with a working business and you are quietly bored of your own message.

You have systems, a team, or both. You are not building from zero.

You feel a pull toward a next chapter in your work and have been postponing it.

You want to be in a room with peers who are also on their edge, not in another room of beginners.

You recognize yourself in the words "I've fallen into the manager."

// You don't belong here if

You are looking for another framework to follow.

You want one-on-one coaching or someone to manage your business for you.

You haven't built the architecture yet. This room assumes you have.

You want a polished, palatable, professional development experience.

You are not willing to be selfish, messy, or "too much" for two hours a day.

Honest answers.

What actually happens inside the room each month?

Live sessions with Daria, working in the field together. Space to bring what's alive for you, get your edge sharpened, and walk out with something to publish. The format stays loose on purpose. Rigid containers kill the thing this room exists to protect.

Is this coaching?

No. Daria and Barak are not coaches. They're architects and builders. The Zone is a field, not a coaching program. You don't get assigned a coach. You get peers, prompts, and a host who has been pioneering this work for seventeen years.

I haven't heard of you. Why should I trust this?

Fair. Daria and Barak have spent the last seventeen years inside the world of expert businesses. They've worked with over 250 established experts in the past 18 months alone, trained more than a thousand worldwide, and run the live rooms that built the brands behind a lot of method-based businesses you'd recognize. The Zone is the room they wished existed for themselves a year ago, so they built it.

Why is it monthly, not a fixed cohort?

Because the work doesn't fit a 12-week box. The artist gets fed monthly, weekly, daily. Some people will stay for three months and graduate. Others will stay for two years. You decide.

Why €500 a month?

It's priced to attract serious experts and repel hobbyists. It's also priced to be sustainable for a small, intentionally capped room. We'd rather have thirty of the right people than three hundred of anyone.

What if I'm still building the systems side of my business?

Then this room is too early for you. Build the architecture first. The Zone assumes you already have something running, even imperfectly, that you're now ready to put a soul back into.
